I found out last week that I am gluten and egg intolerant... and for the next three months should also stay away from almonds, pineapple, cranberries, and oranges.

Annie, I'm so glad you started this! Thank you. I am anxious to try out some of your recipe ideas and I'll share the ones that are working for me. Two favorite breakfast cereals: buckwheat and quinoa. With some toasted nuts and fresh berries or banana, pretty tasty. Try eating your leftover lunches or dinner for breakfast too. I've gotten used to it now:)
